Shipping is free for all orders over £50 within Europe.
Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and prepared by our warehouse from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be prepared the following Monday. Please note that orders from new users may exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case any checks are required on the order. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change orders that have been paid for and entered into our system, as their processing is automated.
Orders shipped to Italy are delivered within 3-4 working days.
Orders shipped to the rest of the European Union take approximately 5-6 working days.
Orders shipped to the rest of the world are delivered in approximately 6-7 working days (excluding any delays at customs).
Within the European Union there are no additional costs or duties on products sold in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.
Non-EU countries Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who must pay the amount due to the forwarding agent or the relevant authorities. We are not responsible for customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. ATTENTION: Shipments to the United Kingdom for orders of 135₤ and above are subject to customs duties.
Shipping to the United States of America Products shipped to the United States are subject to customs and import duties. In addition, US Customs requires the recipient to provide a Social Security Number or Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. Orders over $250 in value may take slightly longer to clear customs.
Failure to clear customs It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is cleared through customs, to provide all necessary information and/or to pay the relevant fees. You will receive an e-mail from DHL or UPS for payment of customs duties. In case of refusal or non-payment within the terms set by the courier, the parcel will return to our warehouse.
If the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties, these will be deducted from the refund amount. In addition to the costs of customs duties, the costs of returning the goods and taxes will be charged.
You can request an estimate of customs costs on the UPS or DHL website.
ATTENTION: If you have made a return and requested an exchange of the product you originally ordered, the new shipment addressed to you may be subject to import taxes by Customs Authorities.
Returns from non-EU countries
Customs duties applied to returns and all parcels sent to our headquarters in Italy (Baldissero Canavese) are charged to the customer.
Any costs incurred by Space2000 S.p.A. will therefore be deducted from the refund amount.
The Ai-Riders Online Store offers several payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, iDeal and cash on delivery. Please note: The Ai-Riders Online Store operates from the European Union and all transactions are made in Euro (unless otherwise specified). If you pay with another currency, the currency conversion will be based on the exchange rate on the day of purchase. There is no additional cost for currency conversion.
PayPal allows you to pay easily and securely. You will be redirected to the PayPal website during the purchase process. If you are already registered with PayPal, you can log in and pay via your PayPal account. PayPal also offers the option to pay as a guest, without having to register.
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro. Any refunds due to returns will be credited to the credit card account. To guarantee the security of data transmission during credit card payments, we have integrated the SSL process. If your credit card provider adheres to the 3D Secure process (credit card security and authentication process), you may be asked to enter your PIN when completing your order. If you have questions about registering for the 3D Secure process, please contact your credit card provider directly.
Using an Apple device enabled for Apple Pay and if you have a credit or debit card that supports this payment system, you can quickly complete your purchase in one click.
Google Pay is a quick and easy way to pay using the cards stored in your Google Account. Google Pay protects your payment data with multiple layers of security and allows you to make payments easily, all in one account.
Only for Italy: Has an additional cost of €5,60 and cannot be used for amounts over €1,000. Upon delivery of the package we ask you to present the exact amount in cash because the courier does not accept cheques and cannot give change. Important: a bank/post account is required for a possible refund.
- If you have changed your mind, you may return a product within 50 days of delivery.
- To get the full reimbursement please do not return products worn, washed or altered in any way.
- No refunds or exchanges are given for customised products.
- To get the full reimbursement please try to return products with thier original labels, in their original and undamaged packaging, including the Bomboogie box.
- If you wish to make a return, the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, will be your full responsibility.
- It is only possible to make a return when your order is in Delivered status.
- Refunds are issued on the same payment method used to pay for your order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, you will be refunded by bank transfer. Please fill in the necessary bank details to issue the bank transfer.
- Refunds are issued within 30 calendars starting from the date of receipt of the return or the moment you proved to us that the return has been setn back by you to us, whatever moment applies earlier.
- Once a size change has been made, it will no longer be possible to request a new change. The new size can be returned for a refund.
- If the package was refused on delivery due to non-payment of customs duties, these will be deducted from the refund total.

Please note that acceptance timeframes can vary from 2 to 4 business days depending on turnout, and a refund will be issued within 30 days of acceptance of your return.You will receive the email where the status of your Return will be Accepted.

We currently do not have a free return policy, but we are working to improve our environmental sustainability by trying to reduce the environmental impact of transporting goods.
Returns from non-EU countries

Returns must be made no later than 30 working days from the date of receipt of your order.
You can use the packaging in which your order arrived, it is necessary that the goods arrive undamaged and in good condition, otherwise your return will not be accepted and no refund or product exchange will be issued.

Please note that acceptance times may vary between 2 to 4 working days depending on the turnout and the refund will be issued within 30 days after acceptance of the return. You will receive an email indicating the status of your Return as Accepted.

If you have received an item with defects or that does not conform to what you ordered, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product (we will not be able to take charge of any reports received after this period) by sending an e-mail to customercare@airiders.com with the following data

Requests for purchases made from third parties, including physical shops, online platforms such as Zalando, or other retailers will not be taken into account. In these cases, you must contact the shop or platform through which the purchase was made.
For the return/exchange to be accepted, the items must not have been used and/or damaged, and must also be returned in their original packaging, including labels.
www.airiders.com is the only official online shop where you can purchase Ai-Riders products and have them delivered directly to your home!

If the product you want to purchase is in our online catalogue, select the required information in the product sheet and click on 'Buy'. If you have already registered an account with our online shop, you will be immediately directed to the payment page and guided through the purchase process. Otherwise, you will be asked for some simple information and can complete your purchase without registering an account.
After placing an order on www.airiders.com, you can check all the details by logging into your account using the email address you chose when registering and clicking on ‘My Orders’.
From your account, you can view the date, contents, amount and shipping address of your order, as well as its processing status.
From your account, you can also contact our Customer Service team via the ‘Contact Us’ section and complete the online returns procedure for any order that has already been delivered.
The design of this online shop and all the material contained therein (for example: trademarks, logos, HTML code, scripts, texts, drawings, images) is an integral part of the Ai-Riders online shop and is protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use of such content – copying, inclusion in frames and association with content not originating from this shop – is not permitted and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
